If your product arrives damaged, we'll replace it. No runaround, no fine print. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll get a replacement shipped.
How to request a replacement

- A photo showing the damage
- Which product(s) need replacing
We'll confirm your replacement within 24 hours and have it on the way.
A note on undamaged products
