NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the USA, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of F3 Energy, UFL, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on April 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on April 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must enter your name, email and phone number here.

4. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be contacted via email on April 24, 2025.

5. Prize

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. F3 Energy reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Notification of Winner

The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within five (5) days of April 24, 2025. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Release

By entering the giveaway, participants grant F3 Energy the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless F3 Energy, UFL, and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize.

9. General Conditions

F3 Energy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state jurisdictions.
